A chocolate cookie pizza is invented by the states of America and have many features of chocolate chips.
There are also different version with ingredients substitution such as chocolate chips, vegas maragine and so on.
Variations include recipes with other types of chocolate as well as additional ingredients such as nuts or oatmeal.
Ingredients of Ice cream cookie pizza
¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup butter or margarine, softened
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
1 to 2 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 quart vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
Hot fudge sauce
½ cup Land o Lakes Butter
1 cup semi sweet chocolate tips
1 (14-ounce) can Sweetened condensed milk
Fudge sauce, strawberry sauce, caramel sauce, sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, m&m candies, gummy candy, coarsely chopped chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped candy bars, candy sprinkles, nuts.
Direction of Ice cream cookie pizza
1.Combine brown sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Reduce speed to low; add flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Beat until well mixed.
2.Spread dough evenly into ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
3.Spread ice cream evenly over cooled cookie Pizza. Freeze until firm (1 to 2 hours).
4.Combine all hot fudge sauce ingredients in 2-quart nonstick saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until butter and chips are melted and sauce is smooth. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
5.Preheat oven to 375 degrees
6.Cut cookie pizza in to wedges. So Drizzle hot fudge sauce over each serving; sprinkle with desire toppings.
7.To serve, cut into wedges; top with desired topping.
